The unique on-site hot-dip galvanizing line is specially designed for quickly producing quality galvanized bolts.

Heading:
Hot forged bolts are available through 2-1/2" in diameter in a variety of head styles.

Cutting:
Cutting is the first step of the bolt manufacturing process. Our capabilities include shearing and saw cutting.

Bending:
The bending department is able to bend steel from 1/2 diameter to 4-1/2 diameter.

Miscellaneous:
Welding, light fabrication and swedging are some of the processes we are able to provide.

Plate Fabrication:
Square and rectangular plates can be punched from up to 1thick flat bar. Special dimension and angle are also available.

Shipping:
Quality packaging and on time delivery are our highest priorities. Tell us about your special requirements.

Certification Testing:
We provide in-house mechanical, hardness and rotational capacity testing. Certification documents are stored electronically for quick retrieval.

Threading:
Multiple threading options are available to provide the highest quality threaded product at the best value. Roll and cut thread through 6" in diameter.

Steel:
Over 200 tons of steel round bar in stock available for bolt production.
